Your complete satisfaction with my wreaths is my top priority. I know that you will absolutely love my wreaths, but in the event that you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your wreath so that I can work with you to resolve the issue. I will do my very best to resolve it to your complete satisfaction. 100% customer satisfaction is my goal!
The pictures on my site are as accurate as possible. Different lighting can cause colors to vary slightly. If you like a wreath you see but you are uncertain if the color match and detail are what you are looking for, please contact me. I can email you an image so you are able to view it larger and make a better determination.
PROTECTING YOUR WREATH
All Wreaths are designed for indoor and some outdoor applications. If you will be displaying your wreath outdoors, please make sure it is under a covered area to protect it from direct sunlight, moisture, and other outdoor elements. When protected from the elements your wreath should last year after year.
If you have any questions about the specific conditions of where you plan to use your wreath, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I can offer suggestions of the materials that will be best suited to the environment you have in mind.
I will carefully pack your wreath in a large, sturdy, corrugated cardboard box and secure it to the bottom to ensure the wreath will not move around during shipping. Once you receive your package, you can carefully cut the ties on the outside of the box to remove your wreath. The box can also be used to store your wreath when it is not being displayed. If dried flower material is used in your wreath, you may find some debris in the box upon arrival; this is normal and the overall appearance of your wreath will not be compromised.
For in stock wreaths, please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order prior to shipping. During peak season November-December additional time may be required. Payment will be processed and verified prior to shipment. If payment cannot be processed within 2 business days, I will notify you to provide a different method of payment. After 5 business days without payment verification your order will be cancelled.
Shipping rates vary depending on location. Wreaths ship from Modesto, CA and average cost is $25.00-$45.00 to most locations in the continental U.S.* via UPS or FedEx.
* Residents of HAWAII and ALASKA, please contact me for a shipping quote prior to making your purchase. The shipping rate listed with each item is for the contiguous U.S. only.
All orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Select, FedEx or UPS and include tracking. The tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
USPS Parcel Select delivery time is approximately 4 to 9 business days, UPS and FedEx are typically 2 to 5 days (excludes weekends and holidays).
If you need to upgrade to a faster shipping method, please contact me to receive a quote prior to purchasing your wreath.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that a package is damaged during shipment, please contact me within 48 hours (with pictures of the damage) so that we can work together to file an insurance claim with the carrier. You will need to save the box, the contents, and all the associated packing materials, so that it can be given to and inspected by the carrier.
Payment is accepted via PayPal or direct bank email pay via Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, U.S. Bank, Capital One, FirstBank or Frost Bank. Confirmation of charges will be provided prior to initiating your payment. Product will not be shipped until full payment has been authorized. Please contact me directly if you have any questions about payment processing.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Requests for cancellations are not accepted. I reserve the right to cancel your order prior to shipping for non-payment. I will notify you right away if there is a problem so you may provide a different form a payment and minimize delay in shipping your order.
If the wreath you receive is not the one you ordered and it is my error, I will arrange for return at my expense and ship the correct wreath or issue a full refund.
If the wreath you receive is the one you ordered but you would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for repackaging the wreath in the original box and ship using traceable service via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The wreath must be repacked per instructions provided. You will be responsible for return shipping charges and cost to ship the replacement (plus any difference in cost of the wreath).
Returns are not accepted unless agreed to in advance.
*Please Note: The original shipping charges and return postage fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of my error.
